We didn’t have it all with us to see Arisu and Usagi again since 9 months had passed since season 2 was broadcast and everything indicated that, despite its success, they had shelved and closed ‘Alice in Borderland’ . However, almost by surprise, Netflix has announced that its Japanese hit will return for season 3. He did it with an image in which we saw the Joker card, representing the kind of cliffhanger with which we said goodbye to the adventures of our protagonists. So it seems that we will focus on their encounter with this mysterious character. Of course, I’m afraid we’ll have to wait a few months to find out exactly what becomes of Arisu and Usagi.
Based on the manga of the same name by Haro Aso, ‘Alice in Borderland’ tells the story of a young girl who finds herself transported to a parallel world where she must survive by playing a series of diabolical and lethal games. A premise that, in some way, would precede ‘The Squid Game’, released the following year. The series stars Kento Yamazaki and Tao Tsuchiya, who led a cast formed by Tomohisa Yamashita, Yuri Tsunematsu, Hayato Isomura, Kai Inowaki, Katsuya Maiguma and Honami Sato in the second installment. Shinsuke Sato is the director of the series.
